When do I get my download?

Instantly. After checkout, your file is available right away through your order confirmation — no waiting, no manual email from us.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days, as long as you haven’t opened your download link yet. Once a file has been accessed, we can’t offer a refund — digital files can’t be “returned.” Full details are in our Refund Policy. Exceptions: if your file is corrupted, incomplete, or not what you ordered, you’re covered no matter what.

What can I actually do with a Master Resell Rights (MRR) product?

You can use it for your own content, customize or rebrand it, and resell the product itself under your own brand name. What you can’t do: bundle it together with other products as one package, or resell the rights themselves (as opposed to the product) to someone else. Always sell it under your own name — not ours, and not the original creator’s. See Resell Rights / PLR for full terms.

My file won’t open, or the download link is broken.

Contact us with your order number and we’ll re-send it or fix it — this is always covered, refund or replacement, no time limit.

How fast do you respond to messages?
