Our delivery system records whether a download link has been accessed, so we can verify this quickly and process your refund without any back-and-forth. If you changed your mind and haven't downloaded anything, you should not be stuck with a purchase you don't want.
No Refunds After Download
Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. At that point the transaction is considered final, as the product cannot be returned.
Exceptions — When We Will Always Refund

By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have not accessed your download, your right of withdrawal remains intact and the Cancellation Before Download section above applies.
