Digital products - refund policy

All products sold by The Digital CEO are digital and delivered by email immediately after purchase.

Before you download: full refund, 14 days. If you have not yet accessed your download link, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation email to request this. Our delivery system records whether a download link has been accessed, so we can verify and process your refund quickly.

After you download: no refunds. Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions - refunded in all cases:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open.
• You received a different product than the one ordered.
• The product is materially different from its description on this store.

EU and UK customers: by accessing your download you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have not accessed your download, your right of withdrawal remains intact.
